As a result, players have been confusing characters like Invisible Woman and Cloak & Dagger, as their visuals are too alike.
The addition of Invisible Woman has brought about a new visual issue in Marvel Rivals, as three characters now share a similar blue bubble. However, each bubble serves a very different purpose: Invisible Woman’s slows enemies, Thor’s charges his Thorforce, and Cloak & Dagger’s heals teammates, leading to player confusion.

Reddit user Sudden-Substance-568 highlighted this problem in the Marvel Rivals subreddit today, expressing frustration with players constantly running out of Cloak & Dagger’s healing bubble due to the confusion.
Even outside the chaos of battle, it’s tough to distinguish between these bubbles. Looking at the ones above, I’m sure you’d struggle to tell which is which.

Players of Marvel Rivals Getting Confused By Excessive Bubbles
As someone who plays often, I’ve had many moments where I’ve rushed into what I thought was Cloak & Dagger’s bubble, only to be eliminated by the enemy because it turned out to be Thor’s instead.
Further, it’s known that players have proposed various ideas to address the issue. For instance, PastelWraith suggested adding crackling lightning around Thor’s bubble, while _Comicallycluttered recommended changing its color to yellow to reflect Thor’s lightning powers. Other players have even suggested making Cloak & Dagger’s bubble green, as it’s the only one that heals allies.
With any luck, NetEase will resolve this in an upcoming update, just as it did with the adjustments to Hawkeye and Hela.
While they’re making changes, they might also want to take a closer look at Moon Knight, as plenty of players (including me) believe his ultimate’s damage output and quick recharge make him overly dominant.
